Because online advertising platforms, public website forms, and social media forms may not be appropriate for detailed medical communication, we recommend that patients use the secure patient portal, approved intake system, or other secure communication methods provided by the practice for sensitive medical information.

5.SMS/Text Messaging and Email Communications

By submitting your phone number, email address, or contact information through our website, online forms, advertising forms, or scheduling tools, you authorize TruLife Metabolix MD and its authorized representatives to contact you by phone, text message, or email regarding your inquiry, requested services, scheduling, consultation options, membership information, and related follow-up.

Please understand that information submitted through third-party advertising platforms may also be subject to that platform’s own privacy policy, terms, and data practices. We encourage you to review the privacy settings and policies of any platform you use.

We do not intentionally upload detailed protected health information into advertising platforms for marketing purposes.
